For one of our clients, an international company operating in the distribution and commercialization of sports equipment and technical sports brands across Europe, we are looking for an:

INTERNATIONAL SALES COORDINATOR

The selected candidate will join the International Sales team and act as the operational point of contact for a portfolio of international distributors, managing the entire order cycle and ensuring effective coordination between customers, supply chain, and internal departments.

Main Responsibilities

● Act as the primary contact person for assigned international distributors and partners.

● Support daily sales and operational activities across the assigned markets.

● Process, monitor, and manage sales and purchase orders.

● Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

● Monitor shipments and support delivery management activities.

● Prepare commercial offers, presentations, and sales reports.

● Maintain and update price lists, sales statistics, and commercial data.

● Support the organization of meetings, showroom activities, and customer events.

● Handle requests from customers, distributors, and business partners.

● Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to strengthen and develop business relationships.

Requirements

● Previous experience in customer service, sales support, commercial back office, order management, or international sales coordination roles.

● Excellent command of English (mandatory). Italian and/or German language skills are considered a plus.

● Familiarity with customer management, order processing, and structured commercial processes.

● Confidence in working with numbers, sales statistics, reporting, price lists, and basic currency conversions.

● Good Excel skills.

● Experience working with ERP systems; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is considered an advantage.

● Strong organizational skills, accuracy, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Location

Bolzano (BZ) – on site, remote working is not available for this role.

Only candidates already based in Bolzano or in the surrounding area will be considered.

Full time/Part time (75-80%)

Compensation

  • 30.000 – 35.000 € gross annual salary

Compensation is determined based on objective criteria, including experience, skills, and level of responsibility
